This immersive introductory course guides students through the transformative journey of meditation, exploring its diverse modalities and applications. This comprehensive course takes participants step-by-step, unveiling the power of meditation through various techniques and practices. From meditation with light and mantras to sound, movement, and breathwork, students will embark on an experiential journey in each module. This hands-on approach equips students with a versatile toolkit of meditation practices to enhance their practice at home, enabling a deeper and more fulfilling meditation experience.

Length of Course: 8 Modules Starting September 10 through October 29 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Required Text: An Easy Guide to Meditation by Roy Eugene Davis plus one of the following
How to Meditate by Lawrence LeShan or Journey of Awakening by Ram Dass
Registration $100 (includes HQ registration fees)
